I’d chosen to get my skin summer proof with a 75 minute Hammam treatment, done in the Rituals Urban Spa in Amsterdam by Colinda.
The Hammam cleansing treatment is one of the oldest in the world. First they massage your body with organic olive paste, followed by a warming body scrub. After a sponge massage, you can cleanse your body with a hot shower to finish the treatment with a stimulating full body massage. You can also choose a body pack with purifying mud if you prefer. While massaging your body, body cream and lotion is being used to soften the skin. Wake up with a cup of tea and a de-stressed body and soul!
