Kanarie Club opened its doors in Amsterdam’s well known ‘ De Hallen’ and is offering you the perfect balance between working, drinking and eating. The place for all you love birds, early birds and night owls!

The feeling of not ‘being caged’ definitely comes a live as it’s used in the name, the interior (seats looking like bird cages), names of the dishes and the huge pool that is located in the middle of the bar, overseeing the restaurant. The staff is full of energy and extreme friendly. The vibe in the weekend was very good as it was quite busy and a DJ was performing. You could see people were having a good time. As its located in De Hallen, it is a nice place to spend your day (or night) to go for dinner and drinks.

This all day dining concept starts with serving breakfast to get your day started. Dishes like French toast, Eggs benedict and Farmer’s yoghurt. To get you going, you can enjoy lunch dishes like Burgers (meat or veggie) and salads. Break the day with dinner. A large variety of dishes you can mix and match, to order as a single dish, 3-, 4- or even 5-course menu. Sweeten your day with the delicious desserts.

For the thirsty people that got the munchies; enjoy wines, spirits, beers, G&T’s or cocktails, combined with the smaller bar bites, while a DJ is setting the tune on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
The interior of the restaurant is inspired by the building’s long history as a tram depot and squat, with the tram depot-inspired bar with its steel beam construction and the massive pool upstairs.
